PURCHASING

At Eco-Roost we aim to provide customers with all the relevant information about products in order to help you make an informed choice. If, however, there is anything you want further clarification on please send an email to ecoroost@gmail.com

We strive to provide high quality images of all our products.  However, please note that due to the hand finished nature of the product there may be small discrepancies in finish and dimensions (+/- 5mm), true colours can be hard to represent - please do not use these images to colour match.

All boxes have been inspected and tested in advance to ensure the instructions are correct and are suitable for the proposed use. When you select products on the web-site they will be added to your wish list and will form the basis of your order quotation. Quantities can be adjusted at this time.

We use Wix Payments and PayPal which is a fully secure service. Eco-roost website also has regular security scans. You must contact us to arrange payment. You must pay for products before we dispatch them.

If we are unable to accept your order we will inform you of this by email. This might be because the product is out of stock, or because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for. 

We may, on occasion, need to make minor changes to our product to change or substitute items if needed and will notify you by email before product is shipped.
